Sourdough | Classic Chocolate Chip (2") - 3pk

A Little Joy in Every Bite There is something so comforting about the smell of cookies baking in the oven. I created these Classic Chocolate Chip Minis to bring a little extra warmth to your kitchen table. By using our sourdough discard, we add a subtle, delightful tang that balances perfectly with the sweetness of milk chocolate. They are scooped small, making them the ideal treat for little hands or a quiet afternoon pick-me-up. Crafted with Care Just like tending a garden, good things take time and intentionality. These minis are folded with cold butter and rich vanilla to ensure every batch is tender and flavorful. We have tested the bake time to ensure that characteristic sourdough depth is maintained while achieving that perfect golden-brown edge. Why You Will Love Them • Small Batch Perfection: Sized for snacking, these minis offer a satisfying crunch and soft center. • Sourdough Goodness: A clever way to use discard while adding a unique, wholesome depth of flavor. • Versatile Treat: Perfect for packing in school lunches, sharing with a neighbor, or enjoying with your morning tea. Each batch now yields about 60 minis (20 snack bags of 3), giving you plenty to share. I invite you to slow down, preheat your oven, and enjoy the simple, rewarding rhythm of making something handmade for those you love.
